Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping:

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the total order weight and will be displayed during checkout.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location.
  • Domestic shipping is primarily handled through USPS, with occasional shipments via UPS.
  • Both USPS and UPS provide estimated delivery times of 2–8 business days; however, these timeframes are not guaranteed.

Order Processing:

  • Orders are typically processed for shipping within 1–2 business days. We strive to fulfill orders as promptly as possible.
  • Occasionally, processing may be delayed if I am out of town vending at a show.
  • Any anticipated delays due to travel will be posted as an update on the Home page.
  • You will receive a notification with tracking once your order has shipped.

Order Status:

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation.
  • If you have not received your order within 8 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at kellie@tulipcottagequilts.com with your name and order number so we can assist you.
